The Team Atmosphere

We are small but offer a great variety of adventurer travel and volunteer as well summer escape experiences, As directors, we have had more personal “hands on” experience than any directors of all similar appearing programs. We personally led our early trips for the first four years between 2008. Now our team drive and take you and your group in a total of 7 seven different trips in Uganda and Rwanda. As parents of teenagers, we have been acutely aware of what other parents expect of us and of our staff. Each student who enrolls receives the same personal attention we have given our own sons and daughters.

Our team plays a key role in the safety of every individual on adventure travel or volunteering at the orphanage school. In addition to their many other qualifications, all of our staff are fully trained in first aid and emergency medical procedures. While extensive, formal first aid training is helpful, it can never take the place of highly experienced and trained leaders who make appropriate and safe decisions.
